stillness
Stillness (Psalm 46:10):
To “be still” is to stop striving and let your soul remember who God is. In Latter-day Saint practice, it means turning to the Savior, renewing covenants, and seeking quiet, sacred places—home, temple, prayer—so the Spirit can steady the heart. Especially in chaos, stillness is trusting God’s present power more than our own effort.
